As you could notice we experienced some technical difficulties yesterday due to one of the library files that got corrupted apparently because of the new auto-update system that has been implemented last month and although it worked fine until today and there were no issues or whatsoever it has caused some problems on the long run. The issue has already been fixed, however a manual update will be required on your side this time in order to play.

Important: You must be up to date with the latest version in order to connnect!

Most notable fixes include:

- fixed an incompatibility bug caused by the latest faulty microsoft update
- fixed a net framework bug that was causing gameguard to use more cpu
- improved kernel module for 32bit and 64bit operating systems
- improved the auto update module

Important: You must be up to date with the latest patch version in order to create and join games and there are two ways of doing that, pick one:
1. Restart your game client and let it auto-update to the latest patch version.
2. Download our latest realm patch from here and select your game folder.

 

We are pleased to announce that the Diablo II ladder has been successfully reset today 13th of April, 2018 and a new season has started.

To participate, you will need to create a new character and select the "Ladder Character" checkbox. The new season awaits you!

All old characters have been converted to non-ladder.

We are pleased to announce that our Diablo II realm patch has been updated! Patch notes can be found down below:

- improved security module and coding structure
- gem bags that can hold up to 2000 gems in a single bag
- stash gold limit has been increased to 999.999.999
- infinite larzuk socketing using one character, no mules required anymore
- grandfather sword has received a better balance
- standard of heroes are now used to create cosmetic auras

Sharpen your axes and restring your bows ... Season 7 is coming.

On the morning of Friday, April 13th, we’ll be conducting a maintenance in order to reset the Diablo II ladder. The realm will be unavailable for a few minutes and during this time all existing ladder characters will be converted to non-ladder. All characters and items being converted to non-ladder will remain intact so they will not be lost, but once converted these characters will no longer have access to ladder content such as ladder-only rune words.

To play in the new season simply wait until the Diablo II realms return to service on April 13th, log in to the server, and select the “Ladder Character” checkbox when creating a new character. You can track ladder character leveling progress by clicking on the Ladder button from the main Diablo II in-game interface.

We are pleased to announce that our Diablo II security module has been updated! Most notable fixes include:

- fixed random client crashes caused by the file integrity checker
- fixed a minor memory leak bug and optimized response rate
- improved auto-update module
- improved anti-cheat heartbeat module
- implementing new anti-cheat heuristic shield (under development, coming soon)
- fixed stash size in classic, it now matches expansion stash size
- fixed visual position of stash gold in classic (requires manual replacement of dll)
