Payments support EuropeBattle by paying for server costs, development, giveaways, etc.


After placing an order you are required to send a confirmation email to [email protected]uropebattle.net containing your ingame Account Name and Transaction ID given by PayPal. All orders are processed manually, therefore once we receive your confirmation mail we will complete the service delivery and add the items within 24 Hours. Delivery time usually ranges anywhere from few minutes to several hours, however if you do not receive your order within 24 hours something may be wrong. First, check your bulk or junk mail folder to make sure our email is not getting trashed and if you do not find anything there, please contact us via email to find out what the problem is.

All items are delivered via mule accounts. We create a new account for each order and put the items for that order on that account, then we email the donor with the mule account username and password that you can access to retrieve the items. Once you receive the email with the mule account info, you may transfer the items on your own by running a second game instance on the same computer.

Be sure that you actually open a trade window and transfer the items that way. Dropping the items on the ground for the other character to pick up is very risky as items that have been sitting on the ground for too long are deleted by the game. You also run the risk of the game crashing or you losing your internet connection in the middle of a transfer. If your items were on the ground when this happened, it is highly likely that your items will be lost for good. EuropeBattle does not replace items lost during transfer for any reason. If you are at all unsure about transferring the items on your own, please contact us via email or message an in-game admin for free assistance in transferring your items.
